Well done everyone for a great week. We’ve been very busy getting everything ready for the final week.
Keep a look out at our class twitter page.
Last week was so lovely seeing all of the children and catching up on all of the fun stories from half term.
I have put the new curriculum planning onto the Y3 Curriculum tab so that you can see some of the things we’ll be getting up to.
Yes, the sun is finally out to say Hello!
I hope my little Y3’s are feeling refreshed after a lovely 2 week break and I hope you’ve managed to do lots of nice things.
I’ve got lots of fun lessons and activities planned for you this week and it’ll start off with you all putting your little scientist heads on! So, remember, think scientifically.
our PE days are now on a Tuesday afternoon and a Friday morning. Remember both indoor and outdoor kits are needed.
Take a look at the Curriculum tab at the top of the page to see what we will be doing this half term OR take a look at the Twitter stream in the side bar.
I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow and hearing all of your tales.
See you all tomorrow and enjoy your Sunday
Y3 have been very busy this week finishing off their narratives of the 4 Little Pigs and I must say, they look fantastic! They have created lots of great ideas and exciting story endings to really grab the readers attention.
On Monday, the class had a little science experiment all related to the 3 Little Pigs houses (pictures are on our Twitter page) and they were testing to see which house would stand up for the longest against the Big Bad Wolf’s huffing and puffing.
Yesterday the class had the pleasure of teaching Y3 from St John Bosco how to use the Chromebooks and how to create a Google Presentation. They really are fabulous little teachers and to prove their talents once more, they went into Y1 this afternoon to show them how to use the Chromebooks. Amazing!
Keep up the great work Y3!
